The candidates should be I.T. I. Qualified and should be Certified/Graded welders such as 6 G / 4 G and undoubtedly be Expert in Aluminum / S. S. Welding both in Electric Arc and Mig / Tig modes.

Minimum 8 –10 years experience.

Age below 32 years.
